Trailer Specification

2.10mm checker plate full floor;
Electric Brakes on both axles and brake away system with trailers over 2000Kg;
Trailer rated over 4500Kg will be fitted with 12” S Cam brakes (305 x 50) fitted to both axles on the trailer;
The tandem air brakes will be fitted with an ABS braking system;
Auto Adjust Slack Adjusters will be fitted;
Fitted to the draw bar of the trailer will be a front leg and a new spare wheel;
Yellow wheel nut indicators will be fitted on each wheel nut;
The wheels will be fitted under the trailer;
A 300mm high front head board;
50mm quick release coupling shall be fitted;
Trailer rate over 4500Kg will be fitted with 75mm Pintal ring or a Bartlett Hood;
A manual park brake will be fitted at the front of the trailer;
Two safety chains shall be fitted to the front of the draw bar;
Heavy Duty Swing up leg on the draw bar;
Five NEW Light Truck Tyres (Spare wheel mounted on the draw bar);
Five rims NEW” Sunraysia rims will be fitted;
The trailer will be under coated then 2 top coats of 2 Pack;

Hydraulic Tilt Specification

Hydraulic ram fitted between the two chassis (the ram will lift the tray up to 45deg.);
Power pack and hydraulic reservoir will mount in between the two-trailer chassis
A hand-held control unit to raise and lower the tray will be fitted to the power pack;
An Anderson plug will be fitted to plug into the vertical to power the hydraulics.
